Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

Vom oberen Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Neuwarper See, kannst du in der Abenddämmerung das Rotwild im Schilfgürtel beobachte. Genieße das offene Wohn, Esszimmer mit Küche und Küchentheke. Der Kaminofen wärmt in der kalten Jahreszeit. Oder arbeite an dem schönen alten Biedermeier Sekretär. Die Terrasse mit Natursteinen lädt zum verweilen ein. Auf dem Balkon kannst bei aufgehender Sonne das Frühstück genießen.

Fasan

Unser Hof liegt in Alleinlage malerisch inmitten von Feldern mit weitem Blick über leichte Hügel, die keine Langeweile aufkommen lassen. Hier lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Kraniche, Frösche und Grillen wechseln sich das Jahr über im Hintergrund ab. Wer zwischen April und September bei uns urlaubt, kann sich an den Flugkünsten der Rauchschwalben satt sehen. Rehe kommen schon mal bis in den Garten und erfreuen sich im Herbst an heruntergefallenen Äpfeln.

The 1857 house located by Oder Neisse bicycle path and short drive from highway 11. The ONE ROOM flat has easy access to the lake, separate entry and own garden. The house is located in a peaceful village. Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. No EV charging facility.
