The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The Little Lookout

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Formally the old coastguard tower on Littlehampton seafront, this small and unique stay is a little gem. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. Beautiful, modern, architect designed property just by the sea with private access to the beach. There's a fire pit in the garden, a BBQ on the terrace and a balcony with magnificent views over the sea. The space is ideal for family and friends’ get togethers. The large open plan kitchen-dining-living area invites socialising as well as relaxing. The outdoors and interiors merge in this light filled house with french doors opening up to balconies, terraces and front and back gardens.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

The Cabin is a self-contained detached annex on a quiet no-through road, with only a 50 metres walk along our road to the beach. The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom. The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.
