Note: the TV is an Apple TV to be used with your subscriptions. The studio is the entire bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has its own separate access through the garden and is completely private from the rest of the house. A bathroom, kitchenette, dining/study area are included within your studio space. Bordering the neighborhoods of Eagle Rock and Highland Park, the area has an understated charm and offers an array of vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Old Town Pasadena, a retail hub with charming eateries, is a short drive away. It is a 0.4 mile distance to the nearest bus stop on La Loma and Figueroa. (about a 10 minute walk from the apartment) The 81 Bus can take you to the Gold Line Metro in Highland Park in less than 15 min. The Gold Line runs between Pasadena and Downtown, where you can transfer to other trains. Please let us know if you would like an Apple TV set up for your arrival or at any point during your stay.

Your space is in the lower half of a historic, Spanish style home in the neighborhood of Eagle Rock. Originally a speakeasy in the 1930’s, we’ve maintained its character while at the same time converting the bar area into a convenient kitchenette and adding a new modern bathroom. The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.
