TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Dine under the umbrella on our spacious deck (BBQ included) Want to enjoy the Matlock beach...it's just a hop, skip and jump away! You can choose to sit in front of the gas fireplace or in the sunroom on a rainy evening. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and ceiling fan. 1 full bathroom with towels kitchen is equipped with cutlery, dinnerware, pots and pans, corkscrew, air fryer and blender

Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests (unless extreme temperatures). Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Roku TV, a full kitchen and linens.

Explore the local shops of Gimli, Winnipeg Beach and Matlock, just a short drive away. Or enjoy outdoor activities from fishing and boating to hiking and biking through nearby trails.

A 1000 sq ft bungalo with wi-fi, air conditioning, a deck, 6 person hot tub and a screened-in gazebo. Our cottage is located on a quiet street that is a short walk to Lake Winnipeg. The closest pier is only an 8 minutes walk away. It is a 5 minute drive to Winnipeg Beach & Matlock Beach and a 20 minute drive to Gimli. Great location for ice fishing, hunting and snow mobiles.
