Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.
