Greer's Ferry Lake, Little Red River, and Sugar Loaf Mountain are within 10 minutes for boating, world class trout fishing, swimming and hiking. Plenty of parking for vehicles.

It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night!
