Here's the 'Rambler's Retreat' A cosy off grid caravan set in a secluded spot 300 mtrs from the kennet and Avon canal towpath near Bath. It offers two double beds, a one ring cooker, a vintage washstand for victorian style body washing, 12v solar lighting and one usb charging port. Outside you have a private patio, fire bowl, washup area and your own compost toilet. (Our filtered Spring water has tested crystal clear at Wessex Laboratories.) Cosy up for a winter break in a beautifully converted old army truck with stunning views of Lyme Bay. In the winter months you have the whole field to yourselves, so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. There are beautiful walks in the woods up behind my holding and a lovely riverside walk to the beach, which is perfect now the holiday crowds have gone. The truck is well insulated and has a wood burning stove.
