The village is a short 5 minute drive featuring skiing, shops, Restaurants, Wine Shop, Full Bars, Ice Skating, live music, gondola rides, Arcade, Gym, hot tubs, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts. 10 min. drive from world famous Lake Tahoe and restaurants on the lake side, shopping, hiking, biking and swimming. Hike or snow sled right behind the condo. Located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Relax next to the fire and enjoy all the comforts of home.

Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

Base Camp for Your Next Tahoe Adventure

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.

Tinopai Tahoe Donner Condo

Tinopai means 'most excellent' in Maori (indigenous to New Zealand) This is a sweet, comfortable 2 bedroom condo located across the street from the Tahoe-Donner Rec Center. It offers a beautiful living space with streaming light and privacy for up to four adults and two kids. It’s a perfect resort retreat near eight major ski areas, golf, mountain biking, XC skiing, boating and more. The condo offers guest access to all Tahoe Donner's world class amenities. Some require a fee.

Well Equipped Olympic Valley Condo!

This is a well equipped one bedroom condo that sleeps 3. It is nestled at the base of Olympic Valley's world famous Ski Resort(Squaw Valley/Palisade Tahoe). Approximately 0.3 miles away from the Condo is The Village, where you will find restaurants, shopping, live music, family-friendly activities and 3,600 acres of ski-able terrain in the winter and some of the best Spring, Summer and Fall hikes. Also during your stay, you won’t have to deal with early morning ski traffic.

Truckee Condo/Boulders-Outdoor Adventures Await!

This two-bedroom two bath unit is spacious and comfortable. The unit is not suitable for children under age three. This is a downstairs unit with a small outdoor deck that includes an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. You will find the location in The Boulders to be convenient for all your outdoor activities. We are central to all activities the area has to offer. We are close to Downtown Truckee, Donner Lake, Lake Tahoe as well as many ski areas and hiking and biking trails.

Donner Lake Getaway

This newly remodeled lovely condo is right on Donner Lake, 4 miles from SugarBowl and right off exit 180 on interstate 80. In the winter this is great access to town, all ski areas, and Donner Memorial State Park. In summer, you are on the lake, across the street to the boat ramp, and have access to a private beach that is a 5-10 minute walk. Perfect for families this condo can sleep up to 6 people. The condo was just renovated in December 2023.

Soda Springs Retreat

A step back into history. Condo located inside of an old Historic Railroad building converted into beautiful cozy condominiums. Very close drive to Bay Area (3 hours) yet within close proximity of Reno, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. 5 minute walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort (ski-in/ski-out)! In summer, great hiking and lakes all close by. Insanely fast wifi (400mb download, 40mb upload). Please see note about train close by and possible noise.
