Property is located on the quite top of the hill of Playa Del Rey Beach Community. Walking distance to the beach and bike/walking trail. Restaurants, bars, market, gym, and laundromat are down the hill within a short walk or drive. Few minutes’ drive to LAX, Marina Del Rey, Playa Vista and 405/105/90 freeways.
