Downstairs kitchen/Dining and lounge. The sofa is a sofa-bed and sleeps 2 if needed. Privacy is compromised hence it is most suited to a family.

Brandon on the Dingle Way Walking trail As we are self catering, we provide the basic essentials, such as toilet paper, kitchen towel, hand soap and cooking oil, salt and pepper, everything else you must provide yourself. Guests have a private outdoor seating area with access to big lawn.
