Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Kitchen closes at 9:00pm EST and restaurant closes at 10:00pm EST. 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen futon. SmartTv, Wifi.

It includes use of gas grill, kayaks, canoe, boat, life jackets, yard games, sand box, charcoal grill (you provide charcoal) and weather permitting, nightly bon fires for your enjoyment. Paper products are provided for your convenience but if you use it all, please be prepared to replenish for yourself. This is a smoke free and pet free unit.
