Studio 2 - Villa near Forests

Hello, our apartments are situated in the environment of untouched nature on the border between Wendic mountains and so called Czech Switzerland. The picturesque landscape of forests, meadows, gorges, lakes, observation towers, rock formations and mesas experiences await you in an unforgettable natural scenery. Skiing, tennis, biking, mushroom picking, swimming, tennis, everything is nearby. The apartments are part of a villa, that was built in 19th century. Two apartments and 2 Studios are for rent.The Villa is surrounded by a vast garden area of 40sqm and offers wonderful leisure time options for relax, sport and fun. You can borrow the grill and you can take advantage of an open bone fire as well. 1 km from the villa is a tennis court. The nature around us is interlaced with bunch of bike trails. Studio 2 is located on the first floor of the villa facing the stairs. The windows of the studio 2 have the view of the garden. Studio 2 has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cook stove, microwave, cutlery and everything you need to prepare your dish or snack. The apartments comprises Toilette with a shower. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch, where 2 persons can comfortably sleep. In the bedroom there is a queen-size bed and a bunk bed - so 4 persons can stay there. Total 6 people can be accommodated here. The internet connection is not the quickest, because we are in the middle of a valley. But we work on it and definitely we have a connection.

Zelený ostrOFF - vypnete a splynete s přírodou. V objetí stromů necháte stres a starosti někde dole a budete si užívat šumění listů a krásných výhledů. Treehouse disponuje i sprchovým koutem a toaletou což je velká výhoda. V kuchyňce najdete mikrovlnku, vařič a základní nádobí. Na rozlehlé terase budete chtít trávit nejvíce času. Domeček je pro dvě osoby. Vejde se mezi vás maximálně malé dítko nebo pejsek. Malé rasy jsou povoleny. Přijeďte si k nám odpočinout a prozkoumat zdejší lesy a okolí.

No one else will be in the garden with you.

The cottage is situated in Luzicke hory on the boundary with Ceske Svycarsko. It is possible to accommodate up to 7 persons. Object is heated by wood in a fireplace. The accommodation property is equiped with living room with kitchenette, microwave oven, fridge, double-cooker, jug kettle, TV with satelite and Wi-Fi. The cottage has 1 bedroom with 2x bunk bed and 1x single bed. Behind the bedroom is bathroom with shower and WC. The cottage has covered porch with sestiny, garden, fireplace.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We love spending every holiday here. It is a fantastic location for active and adventurous people. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, climbers and those enjoying bouldering. The woods are full of blueberries in the Summer and mushrooms in the Autumn. It is easy to get to Pirna, Dresden, Meissen in Germany, to Decin and the Bohemian Switzerland in Czechia. With fast internet it may be an ideal place for combining work and holiday.
