The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

From the owners of The Nest, we introduce Park Place. Completely remodeled 2BR 2BA unit located in a very quiet neighborhood in Franklin Park near Lake Springfield. You are steps from a large open park with a covered pavilion and playground. UIS ball fields are within walking distance . We offer a full kitchen, washer dryer units and a 2 car garage.

The Bin at No Bad Days farm is a newly constructed grain bin. As you walk in checkout the beautiful craftsmanship on the ceiling! There is a loft upstairs where you will find a king size bed. There is also an oversized chair that converts to a small bed as well. Main floor has a sofa sleeper for two. There is a kitchenette and full bath. We know you will enjoy the rustic look of this unique property. We are 5 minutes from Lithia Springs Marina and we have room to park a boat!

Step outside to a fire pit and outdoor dining with sweeping views of flowers and farm fields. Wheelchair-friendly with ramp, wide doors, grab bars, accessible shower, sink, and entrances throughout the home. *Field is in bloom April-early October.
