One of a Kind Farmstead Experience

A one of a kind farmstead experience, stay in a newly constructed barn on our 350 acre dairy farm. The Mattingly farm is home to Kenny's Cheese, farmstead cheese made right here on our farm and you have a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of the action, in our brand new apartments directly above the dairy barn. You will be welcomed by our friendly dairy cows and possibly a new baby calf, or two. And because our cheese is AMAZING, we will leave some in the fridge for you to try.

Cozy Lakefront Cottage Getaway with Relaxing View

Fishing Creek Cottage overlooks Fishing Creek, a popular recreational area on Lake Cumberland and a major arm of the lake. Pulaski County Park and its beach and boat ramp can be seen across the lake. Boaters frequent the area to ski & tube, but are distant enough that noise isn't an issue. We are the last house at the end of a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, & so have relative privacy. The large deck and impressive view are frequently referenced in our guests' reviews.

This modern 600sqft studio apartment on the historic West Side in Cookeville is the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway, college visits, downtown festivities, sporting events and hiking! Come enjoy this convenient location where you can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, Tennessee Tech, and most importantly, Cookeville's famous Ralph's donuts! It has a King size bed, sofa, roomy chair, full kitchen, bathroom with shower/tub and outdoor porch!

Avery Acres

Country setting located 2 miles from Lake Cumberland with 3 boat ramps within an 8 mile drive. Fryman landing closest ramp to 76 Falls 2 miles,Marina @ Rowena 5.8 miles,Carter Dock Road 7.8 miles. Within 20 minute drive Grider Hill Marina and 1/2 hour drive to Dale Hollow Lake. Fire pit and outdoor gas grill supplied. We are on central time zone check in time is 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM We are pet friendly however there is a fee of $50 with a 2 pet limit.

Cozy Cabin

Cozy two bedroom cabin with unobstructed views of the mountains. On the back deck there is a hot tub and a gas grill. Near Big South Fork and Historic Rugby. 3 mile hike from the cabin to the river round-trip. Or drive to the trailhead and hike half a mile to the river. Come here to unwind and de-stress. Totally peaceful :-) My favorite time of year is winter at the cabin. Nothing like sitting in the hot tub and looking out over the frosty trees and mountains!

Step back in time in this Cabin in the hills. Get away from it all in this traditional wood cabin in the hills of Tennessee. Peace and quiet above the historic town of Granville, on Cordell Hull Lake. Great views across “them thar hills” from the wrap around porch. Located an hour east of Nashville this a great base from which to explore and enjoy Middle Tennessee.

Cozy lake view cottage is perfect for a couple or family to enjoy Cumberland Lake. Relax on the covered back deck overlooking the lake at Burnside Marina. Short 10 minute drive to several restaurants, shopping, Burnside Marina or General Burnside State Park and drive in theater in Somerset. (No access to the lake from the property )
