4 people INCLUDING infants !!!!! This studio of 45m2 is situated just outside of Corinth on a private property. Therefore you can enjoy quietness, privacy and Greek lifestyle. If you are into more action, restaurants, supermarkets, club etc., you can find it in a 5 mins drive at Loutraki and Korinthos. Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Παραδοσιακή οικία ξενώνας

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται μέσα στην καρδιά του Ταϋγέτου. Η κατοικία είναι συνολικά 120τ.μ. διώροφη με δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα τον Ταΰγετο και το φαράγγι της Ρασίνας, όπως επίσης και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.

Αυτός ο παραθαλάσσιος ξενώνας βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την όμορφη παραλία της Φυρής Άμμου και είναι ένα στολίδι με ανοιχτή θέα στη θάλασσα και το νότιο άκρο της Πελοποννήσου. Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Μπορεί έτσι κάποιος να αισθανθεί αποτραβηγμένος στην φύση βρισκόμενος συγχρόνως πολύ κοντά σε ένα ζωντανό χωριό.

Μονόχωρο studio 35τ.μ. με διπλό κρεβάτι. Θέα από το όρος Βελιά ως τον Ερύμανθο και την πόλη Καλαβρύτων. Πρόσβαση στον 3ο όροφο μέσω εξωτερικής πέτρινης σκάλας. Αυτόνομη θέρμανση, πέτρινο τζάκι, μίνι ψυγείο και ηλεκτρικό μάτι για ροφήματα. Η σοφίτα διαθέτει εμφανή ξύλινη οροφή. Δεν διαθέτει μπαλκόνι, αλλά υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστα μπαλκόνια και αυλή. Ξύλα για το τζάκι παρέχονται κατόπιν συνεννόησης. Ψήσιμο στο τζάκι δεν επιτρέπεται.
