Climb 15 steps to a huge wooded deck and charming apartment with full bed under skylights in a quiet river community. Kitchen equipped with microwave, hot plate, fridge, Keurig, French press, and convection oven. Shower and toilet area flows directly to kitchen without a door, so best for a single person or partners who aren’t shy about bathroom noises. And tall people, be advised: knee walls leave limited head room on either side of loft apartment. Ramshackle neighbors but safe neighborhood!

Set up with King/Queen or K/Q/Tw based on needs. Limited frills, but clean/priced for those on budget. Area isn't fancy or rundown. I don’t believe in chores. Leave trash in house/sheets on bed. I am available until 10 pm on app. Don't book if barn door on the bathroom w/lock could be an issue for you.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. In a quiet, established neighborhood but still close to great restaurants, shopping and parks. Walk to the popular Holiday Park for a picnic or head over to Broad Ripple Village and spend an afternoon exploring. Downtown is also a quick drive away. Home has recently been updated, including a hot tub and has all new furnishings. Well maintained and cleaned by a professional company.

Relax in style in a great neighborhood. The house is central to Broadripple Village and very close to Butler University campus. It is about 15-20 minutes to Downtown or Carmel areas and there are lovely lounges and restaurants walking and a 5 minute drive. Please note this is a vintage mid-century modern house built in 1950. If you are looking for charm in a beautiful neighborhood this is your place. If you are looking for a new house this is not the stay for you.
