Relaxing apartment based in the Slievenamon mountain side. With its private Hot tub view over valley also including fire pits. BBQ areas and our famous Cave bar dug into mountainside. Hot tub 10 euro per night. Payable on arrival. 24 hours notice needed. The apartment is based on an old Irish cottage layout and is an open plan sitting room, full kitchen and bedroom. Bedroom has a large double bed. There is a single bed in a small size room WIFI is available but could be effected with weather

Sliding doors to the right reveal tons of art supplies (canvasses can be bought). Old school tv &DVD player for chill nights in. Upstairs to loft bedroom, memory foam mattress, lamp, phone charger, toasty warm, lots of art books. Garden, wild & wonderful, haven for artists

Kate's Farm Barn, old style restored stone barn

Restored 2 storey grain barn, with all the original beams and stonework. 10 minutes from Callan. Kilkenny city is 25 minutes away and Cashel is 35 minutes. Clonmel 25 minutes. Down a short laneway. Lots of trees and pleasant countryside. We have cows and sheep here. Complimentary free range eggs and fresh spring water from our well. Friendly dogs, who love people! The bedroom area upstairs is divided into two bedrooms. You will be assured of a friendly warm welcome. Plenty of birdsong!

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Beautifully restored cottage located on a working farm in peaceful Kilkenny countryside between Mullinavat, Piltown and Mooncoin. We are within 30 minutes drive of Waterford, Kilkenny and Clonmel. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.

Tigín (tigeen-small house) with two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. This is a small cosy space with solid fuel heating. The bedrooms have two king size beds. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, etc. The toilet/wetroom has an Triton T90SR electric shower. There is a TV with saoirview channels. The tigín is beside our house. Less than 20 minutes from Kilkenny city and very close to Ballykeefe amphitheatre. 5 minutes drive to callan.

Out through the windows you will see breath taking views of the Blackstairs mountain. 15 minute drive to the Dunbrody famine ship, the Kennedy homestead and the picturesque village of Inistioge. Cycling and walking tracks in Graiguenamanagh and St. Mullins all less than 20 minutes away . We are located 30 minute drive from Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny

You’ll love my place because of the local people, the location, the outdoors space, and the ambiance, the free parking & you are so central you can walk everywhere. Walking distance to pubs, StepHouse Hotel, shops, bank, church etc.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.
