This elegant apartment is light and airy with cross flow ventilation as well as reverse-cycle heating and air-conditioning. It is remarkably peaceful for a location just ten minutes walk to the city! It offers comfort and privacy in a stylish setting with an east-facing private courtyard for morning sun and a west-facing balcony overlooking the street for relaxing in the afternoon.
