The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Little Red Treehouse

Open May 1 2019 . The Little Red Tree house accommodates two guests only. It has huge views, private shower, with separate powder room sink and toilet. It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !

Private Home/Deck -Nearby all

We have a mother-in-law suite available to rent for you. Although it is attached to our home by one wall, the place will be entirely private to you with its own entrance and plenty of side street parking. The apartment is wheelchair ready throughout the space. Being located in midtown, it’s easy to access all of Fort Collins. This is a perfect spot for short or long-term visitors. In a recently remodeled historic carriage house on the back of our property, the Treehouse studio apartment is conveniently located a few blocks from Colorado State University. We are walking distance to campus shops, downtown FC, bike paths, parks and open space. You’ll love the open layout, abundance of natural light and feeling of comfy seclusion in a quiet neighborhood. Two friendly dogs and five silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.

Great location! Keep it simple in our clean and centrally located space. Awesome spot for couples or singles to adventure in Fort Collins. This property is attached to another space used as an Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. The space does not share any walls but a door off the kitchen area, which has a partition and remains locked. You will not have any interactions with other guests, but possibly in the parking lot.
