Once you book you will receive specific instructions and a code for entry so there are no keys to keep track of or worry about! Internet can be spotty! If you are concerned with access bring a mifi or make sure you have a hot spot on your phone!!!

This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home + loft is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress.
