L’appartement est situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur à 10 min à pied de Porte de Clichy (M14), 6 min de la station Mairie de Clichy (M13) ainsi qu'à 5 min de la gare Levallois. L’appartement est équipé: 1 chambre avec lit Queen size, lave vaisselle, canapé convertible (120*190 pour 2 personnes). Le salon a une fenêtre dans la cour (sans rideaux) donc avec de la lumière le matin. La table à manger est extensible. L’appartement donne sur une rue dynamique, il y a un peu de bruit surtout le matin

Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.
