The charming, stand-alone cottage is situated in front of the main house on South Beach Estate (not rented). Availability is subject to when the owner is not in residence. Both cottages can be rented together for couples and singles travelling together.

It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive.
