The first floor bathroom features a stackable washer and dryer. Outside you can enjoy our patio, BBQ and fully fenced yard.

The historic 1830's stone house property is nestled away on 6 acres of natural bliss, just 4 miles outside of Yellow Springs. We offer a very private and rustic setting that captivates peaceful landscapes and breathtaking views. The 1 acre plateau overlooks gorgeous cliffs and flowing natural springs. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.
