We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Beautiful exposed brick and beams, with a luxurious bed, in a spacious, historic building. This loft has a magnificent kitchen with cabinets galore. The tall windows allow copious natural lighting to illuminate the 1500 sq ft loft. Originally built in 1895, the loft showcases its original brickwork, exposed and restored alongside custom, elegant woodwork. The original hayloft doors, long ago bricked in on the south wall of the apartment, have been delicately reproduced.
