Justo enfrente de la considerada más bonita plaza de Sevilla, la plaza de Santa Isabel, rodeada de conventos y con vista desde la planta ático a más de 14 torres de reconocidas iglesias. El ático consta de: - 1 habitación con cama de matrimonio - moderno y luminoso baño totalmente abierto a la habitación, a la cocina y al salón (sin puertas) - amplia cocina totalmente equipada abierta al salón con: • lavavajillas • nevera • calentador de agua eléctrico • cafetera eléctrica . tostador . plancha • utensilios de cocina • vajilla, etc. y lavadora - salón con sofá cama y TV - terraza privada con bañera, solárium y zona para comer. Importante: - la bañera de exterior está ideada para primavera y verano, es de agua templada, no recomendable para otoño e invierno. - También es importante saber que el cuarto de baño está abierto sin puertas e integrado en el dormitorio y es posible que pueda incomodar a ciertas personas. - La capacidad del apartamento es para 4 personas, pero ojo porque como ya hemos puesto justo arriba, el baño es totalmente abierto sin puertas y puede ser poco práctico para viajar 4 adultos, es quizás más apropiado para 1 sola pareja y/o para familias con niños, pues no tiene intimidad ninguna como para convivir 4 adultos. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago.
