Sitting in the Rock River Valley, Oregon, Illinois is a charming town with much to offer visitors. Three state parks full of hiking trails are nearby. Rent canoes or kayaks to float down the scenic Rock River. Walking distance from our home is Park West with a trail, tennis courts, play area, splash pad and a sledding hill. Downtown Oregon's restaurants, bars and stores are a quick drive or a pleasant walk. For business travelers, the Byron plant, Woods, Etnyre and KSB Hospital are short drives.

The Loft is an upstairs apartment just a few blocks from downtown Byron, IL and near many local attractions and recreational places/activities. Completely renovated and updated. Clean, bright, and well appointed. This unit has two bedrooms - 1 with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed. There is 1 bathroom with a shower only. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Please note this unit is on the second floor - with an inside and outside staircase. This property has central heat and air.

The outside has great off street parking along with a sitting area. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood or a stroll down to the river. The Rock River is located two blocks from Ann's Place along with a playground for littles to run. Hairy Cow Brewing is located along the Rock River and just a 5 minute walk from Ann's Place. No pets allowed.
