Make the KenMar Cabin at Mountain Dell your home base and enjoy all that Western North Carolina has to offer. Located in a rural residential area with a scattering of farms, yet only ten minutes from shopping and restaurants in downtown Waynesville. Within an easy drive of hundreds of miles of hiking and 40 minutes from Asheville or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, there is plenty to do. For those who want to do less, you can sit in the sunroom or on the deck and watch the horses graze.

Red Cottage

Your stay at Red Cottage will be comfortable, easily accessible, and minutes away from Canton, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. The circa 1950’s Cottage is fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer included. Welcome!

Breathtaking views of Cold Mountain and Mt Pisgah greet you from the large porch of this qaint, pet friendly, sparkling- clean cabin in the community of Bethel. This pine sided 12'x20' cabin sits on 5 manicured acres surrounded by a creek. Enjoy all the activities that Western North Carolina has to offer. This small cabin is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is 30 minutes from the eclectic Asheville or 15 minutes from laid back Waynesville.

High Calling

High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

End of the Road Retreat - Hot Tub/Fishing Pond

Take it easy at this unique and peaceful getaway. Located just 15 minutes from town, our guest house is nestled in the hills that overlook a picturesque pond and farm. The space has all the comforts of home, put together with some country charm and all the modern conveniences you're looking for. Take your morning cup of coffee on the porch, a happy hour drink on the pond, or a relaxing soak in the hot tub... there are plenty of places to enjoy yourself (or your family!) on the property.

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

Studio on the River

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
