You will find a kitchen stocked with all the utensils and dishes to prepare a meal. You can enjoy a lazy day reclined back watching TV or visiting in the living room. We offer 2 bedroom 1 queen size private and 1 bunk room with 2 full size and 2 twin size beds. We have a covered patio area, large parking area, and plenty of yard to enjoy! We do offer Military Discount!

Hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

This cute house is on a working alternative farm that raises grass-fed beef and lamb. If you want to get away from the busy life, come sit on the porch and watch the sunset. A state park is close for kayaking and canoeing. There are some very nice restaurants and wineries close by or you can cook in the large kitchen. There are some great biking trails and horse back riding in the conservation area that's 2 miles away.

The farm sits on 160 private acres, about eight miles from downtown Marshall. You’ll have the whole place to yourselves: fields and woods to wander, big skies, good sunsets, and very little light at night. The farmhouse is on the National Register of Historic Places and has been in our family for generations. It works well for family gatherings, weekends away, or just a few quiet days in the country.
