Der Festspielabend🎻🍾🌜ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten ohne Stau, am Bodensee entlang, sinnentspannend erreichbar. Das Haus liegt direkt am Campingplatz Weiß und Natura 2000 Gebiet.

The light-flooded apartment was completely and carefully renovated and is fully equipped with everything to make Hard your home for a recuperating and relaxing holiday at Lake Constance. A fine and very personal place to comfortably combine nature and culture.

Located in the centre of a village with a supermarket & restaurants walking distance, our small studio apartment is self checkin with free parking. A 3 min drive to Lake Constance (or 30 min walk), 10 min drive to Swiss Appenzeller mountains, or a 30 min drive into the Austrian Alps, it is ideally located for adventures. You can even add the use of our amazing Estonian Iglu-Sauna to your stay, for €25/guest/day.

Unsere komplett neue und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche , ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und geräumigem Kleiderschrank. Von all diesen Zimmern genießt ihr einen schönen Blick über unseren wunderbaren Bodensee, der in jeder Wetterstimmung verzaubert. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer bodenebenen Dusche, Waschtisch und WC ausgestattet. Unsere überdachte Loggia lädt ein zum Verweilen und den Seeblick zu genießen.

Gemütliches Einzelzimmer in Seenähe

Unser Haus ist ein Dreigenerationenhaus. In jedem Stock ist eine Wohnung, die von freundlichen Menschen bewohnt wird. Ab und zu geht es auch wegen der Kinder etwas wirbelig zu. Es steht in Hard/Vorarlberg ca 300 m Luftlinie vom Bodensee entfernt. Die Wege zum Bäcker, zur Eisdiele, zum Strandbad, zu verschiedenen Lokalen, zur Bushaltestelle, ... sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft geht man 10 Minuten. Jeden Mittwoch ist Markt im Ortskern.

Lakeside garden apartment

Newly renovated, fully equipped and quite stylish apartment is located in the picturesque village center of Hard, just a few steps from the lake promenade and has his own parking space. The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. At the lake promenade you will find boat rentals, cafes, mini golf courses as well as several nice spots for swimming. If you prefer more quiet and secluded walks by the lake, just head over to Grüner Damm.

Our apartment "Ida" is located in the Werksiedlung 46 in Hard, directly opposite the quiet floodplain forests around the river delta of the Bregenzer Ach, a nature reserve that offers numerous sports and recreational opportunities. The cultural and festival city of Bregenz is just a walk or short bike ride away. And with the Bregenzerwald, you have picture-book Vorarlberg on your doorstep. In the apartment you will find a booklet with a wealth of personal tips.
