Our ranch sits at 7500' and is one of the most elevated properties in Boulder Heights; the flagstone patio and hot tub sky deck reveal unforgettable mountain vistas, large boulder fields, pine trees, and stars into infinity. Cute hideaway in central boulder! Clean & cozy studio room with private bathroom, amenities and outdoor area. Architecturally connected to primary home with kind family. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.
