The property sits in the middle of the historic center of Gouda, just a stone's throw from restaurants, bars, and shops. Take a walk along the old town hall and across the market square to get to know the historic character of the city. Within a short period of time you can reach cities like Rotterdam (18 min), The Hague (16 min), Utrecht (20 min) and Amsterdam (35 min) by train. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a wide staircase. There is a (paid) parking just a 4-minute walk away. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

Prachtig huisje gelegen dicht bij de Reeuwijkse Plassen. In de buurt van Gouda, Oudewater en Bodegraven. Ideaal voor mensen die van rust en natuur houden. Wandel of fiets langs de mooie Reeuwijkse Plassen. De woning is energieneutraal doormiddel van warmtepomp, zonnepanelen en WTW. Vloerverwarming in de koude dagen en vloerverkoeling in de hete zomerdagen. Complete keuken met vaatwasser, inductiekookplaat, vriezer, koffiezetapparaat, koelkast, magnetron. Huisdieren en roken niet toegestaan.

The Harbour is a former 4* Boutique hotel located in the Harbour of Leiden. The rooms are all fully renovated and each floor has a kitchenette which can be shared with one other room. The B&B is located at the Harbour of Leiden where many nice restaurants are located. On walking distance many other nice restaurants, bars and take aways. The main shopping street of 1km is on 50m. Park&Bike: We offer free parking 5-10min driving from The Harbour and offer bikes for rent for €10,- per day.

In het Hooiberg #6 appartement is er een woonkamer beneden keuken en badkamer met toilet. Boven zijn er twee slaapkamers voor twee personen en een kleine slaapkamer voor één persoon. De keuken heeft een grote koelkast met vriezer en in totaal drie lades. Er is een combimagnetron en natuurlijk een vaatwasser. Volop restaurants en café’s zijn om de hoek. De kaasmarkt is in de zomer op donderdagen. Er is ook een festivalterrein. Gouda is een rustig stadje, maar totale stilte zul je hier niet vinden. Het station met directe verbindingen naar Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht én Amsterdam is 15 minuten lopen.
