A newly converted, modern space within the grounds of my home. The views over the garden and Wych valley provide the perfect rural retreat, especially with our donkeys close by! There are 2 bedrooms both of which have zip & link beds so can either be a super king size or single bed configurations. Both have their own shower rooms. The shared driveway is secured with electric gates. We are located in stunning countryside on the borders of Cheshire, Shropshire & Wales, just a mile off the A41.

It is located next to our traditional farmhouse in peaceful countryside on the English/Welsh border. Built 100 years ago for a family that worked on the estate, Lyth Cottage sits at the edge of parkland with views across open fields to the Welsh hills. The 1-storey peaceful cottage has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with additional single bed if required. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer. It has a small garden with seating. Ellesmere is a 1.5m drive, or a 1m walk/cycle along the canal towpath.

The Barn is a lovely property located in the idyllic village of Loppington. Loppington is a quiet village which offers fantastic country walks and an amazing pub, The Dickin Arms. A family run pub which offers exceptional homemade food, drinks and local ales, all locally sourced. We would recommend pre booking, as the pub is always busy. Loppington is within close proximity to Wem, Ellesmere, Whitchurch & Shrewsbury.
