Situated right on the state line this studio apartment is nestled in its own little corner of the gorgeous Colestine Valley. We're located on 80 acres that adjoin the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument to the north, perfect for a scenic hike or a casual stroll. Nature and wildlife abound, and though quiet and private the Loft is just five minutes off I-5 and 25 minutes from unique downtown Ashland. We're pet friendly and have an outdoor pool! Crater Lake Speakeasy

Welcome to the Crater Lake Speakeasy. This one-of-a-kind space is a mashup of mid-century modern and industrial steampunk decor. You will have exclusive access to our entire guest suite including a large living area, spacious bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette appliances, and dining/bar area. The space is geothermally heated so you won't run out of hot water and the concrete floors are warm on bare feet. When the space isn't rented, we love to host happy hours for our friends and neighbors.

Quiet, relaxing, newly renovated cottage built in 1906. - Conveniently located near downtown, just off of highway 97 for easy in and out hotel-like access. - Walking distance to the downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. - Enjoy sunsets, moonrises and more with scenic views of Lake Euwana and the nearby mountains as the backdrop from the giant picture window inside or outside on the covered porch. - Just a short walk (or biking) distance to the historic Link River and Eulalona trails!

The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. Sunset Ranch is just far enough away from the busyness of town to enjoy the most brilliant star-filled skies from the deck or take a short walk to the top of our property and watch the sun set over Klamath Lake! Situated off of Hwy 97, we are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Oregon Tech and Sky Lakes Medical Center. Downtown Klamath Falls is just 8 minutes away.

The Pleasant Cottage

Ideal spot for the traveling professional! I travel for work myself, so I know what you want in an Airbnb. My home feels like home, not just a place to stay and is clean, modern, and tasteful. Enjoy sleeping in one of the elevated log beds, enjoying your coffee at the bottle-cap bar table, working remotely from comfortable and well-lit living room, unwinding around the fire pit, or enjoying a sunset on the back deck. Note: two houses nearby are quite rundown. Harmless, but trashy potheads.

Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

There are a number of local restaurants and breweries to explore, all within your reach. You'll enjoy the quiet atmosphere and beautiful starry nights. The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.
