The house in Lalaland

You’ll love my place because it is on top of a mountain where you are surrounded by fruit orchids and mountains. Also, loadshedding does not affect us as we are on solar. We are only 160km from Cape town. We live right next door but do not mind a good party, all within limits of course! The dam is a short walk away where you are welcome to use the two paddle boards and canoe. The house can keep you entertained with pool table, boardgames, books, WIFI, ping pong table and Soundsystem.

A slip way is meters away to launch your own boat & to go 30km up river. Private jetty for use. 5km’s to the river mouth where you can explore the ocean.

Retreat Guest Farm is situated on Piket-Bo-Berg, approximately 150km outside Cape Town. Somerlus house is tucked away on a small farm which is part of a large fruit farming business. The guest house is ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy. We are newly solar-powered and have solar geysers therefore LOADSHEDDING FRIENDLY.
