Πρόκειται για μία οικία η οποία βρίσκεται στο Μπατσί της Άνδρου, 20 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και χωρισμένη σε τέσσερα ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα, με ξεχωριστή είσοδο το καθένα. Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Roula's suites 2 is on the ground floor of the building with an amazing view of the sea. It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
