The Brush & Boot cottage is a 2 double bedroom getaway retreat, that sleeps 4 (+sofa bed). Peacefully situated on a hillside sheep farm with great views just 15 mins from York Park & Ride, 25 mins from York centre & 5 mins to Castle Howard in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Modern and well appointed with large gardens, comfy sofa’s, chairs & table for up to 6, fitted & equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms, one on each floor, both en suite. A short drive from many wonderful attractions and activities. We are unable to take short breaks in July and August .

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. Please note this property is located on a NO SMOKING premises
