This cottage is located on a wooded 15 acre private secluded estate. Plenty of wildlife and deer abound with a pond. It is located 35 minutes to downtown columbus and 35 minutes to hocking hills and Old mans cave area. It is adjacent to the main house (approx 100’) but guests have access to the property. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, closet, dresser, full bath with shower. There is a full size sofa bed in the living room that can be used if needed.

You can walk or bike to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and just a couple minutes walk from the lake. My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
