The carriage house is on the property of one of Historic Downtown Lancaster's oldest homes and only steps away from museums, restaurants and all that downtown Lancaster has to offer. The carriage house was built around 1840 and is the original structure updated with modern luxury amenities. Upon entering the carriage house, you will be met with a fully equipped kitchen and a full private bath, then proceed up the stairs to the loft portion and enjoy your stay.

There is a large well-equipped kitchen but the house is also conveniently located to many different restaurants. There are two living areas and two dining areas with plenty of room to stretch out, rest, relax, or get work done.

This 4 bedroom home has a first floor master suite with private bath and 3 beds and a bath upstairs. Large Living room has 2 sofa beds, stack washer/dryer, Huge TV and a work space. Kitchen with new appliances, all bedrooms have new tvs new beds, new fridges. Large lighted free parking area out back 8+ vehicles. Entire house was remodeled and refurnished in the fall/winter of 2021

This cottage is located on a wooded 15 acre private secluded estate. Plenty of wildlife and deer abound with a pond. It is located 35 minutes to downtown columbus and 35 minutes to hocking hills and Old mans cave area. It is adjacent to the main house (approx 100’) but guests have access to the property. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, closet, dresser, full bath with shower. There is a full size sofa bed in the living room that can be used if needed.

1846 Farmhouse Retreat | Near Hocking Hills

Wake up to a view of a 19th-century gristmill right outside your window — then walk across the street to explore it. The Rock Mill Farmhouse is a thoughtfully renovated 1846 home that was once the dwelling of the mill's keeper, and it still carries that history in every room: exposed original siding and beams, a winding staircase, an original A-frame ceiling in the upstairs bedroom, and a few charmingly low doorways that keep tall guests humble.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix. Relax and have fun with the whole family or group at this peaceful cottage within a five-minute walk to the lake, beach, marina/boat launch, 4.1-mile lakeside path, bars, and restaurants. Spend time playing air hockey or ping pong in the front room off of the living room, soak in the hot tub, relax by the gas or wood fire pits, play yard games, or grill, and eat in the covered gazebo.
