Sunny and spacious home on the water with private dock and private roof patio. Home has modern appliances, new bbq, new washer and dryer, as well as cookware, dinnerware, linens and bath tub. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have bath tubs. Conveniently 5-10 Min walk to Pacific City Shopping Center, Pacific Coast Highway, on the sand, Downtown Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier. It has private entrance with front door and back door ( little backyard , open space, share walk way in the back with neighbor). It is a small studio, remodel as our best, total appr 280 sqft .

Historic "Speak Easy" Cottage (circa 1923)

Vintage beach cottage w/ modern-day conveniences (central heat & A/C), Apple TV, DVD, vintage appliances, incl. dishwasher) on the quiet-end of Balboa Island; tree-lined street, steps to beaches on South Bayfront; 2 blocks to Balboa Island ferry and Island Market. Cottage was built in 1923 and served as a "Speak Easy" (a bar during the prohibition era ) with many famous actors, musicians, singers patronizing the site (John Wayne, James Cagney & Humphrey Bogart) just to name a few.

Casita: Private, Deck/Garden, 8 Min. to Beach!

We support BLM & the LGBTQ+ Community Our Casita is a PRIVATE space w/ an outdoor deck/yard, complete with an old ash tree for shade, comfy chaise lounges, a table/chairs and wood-burning chiminea. Its yard is separated from our yard by a 4-ft. fence, and feels very private. We have two dogs on our property, but they don’t have access to the guest space. :)
