A fire pit has been finished and there is kindling and wood available at no cost. There is a separate freezer in the storage room that guests may use.

This is a one bedroom guest house separate from the main house located in the neighborhood of Gingercake Acres with an amazing view throughout the space. There is also a bonus room with a futon. You’ll find a nice size kitchen, washer/dryer combo, closet, queen bed, full size utilities, and a unique shower/Japanese soaking tub combo! Beautiful views of sunrises, hump mountain, banner elk, and beech mountain. The kitchen & living area features tall ceilings but *please note* the bathroom and closet ceiling height is shortened to about 6 ft to make room for the loft bedroom above.
