The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

There is one bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. This cottage has AC, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils. Plus arcade game!
