Willkommen in unserer charmanten, abgetrennten Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss eines gemütlichen Einfamilienhauses, in dem wir mit unserem Hund im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Diese besondere Unterkunft liegt direkt am Waldrand in einer ruhigen Straße, umgeben von schöner Natur – ideal für Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende. In unserer Nähe liegt der wohl schönste Teil des Ruhrtalradweges mit Wald, Wiesen und Gewässern. gut beschilderte Wanderwege entlang der Ruhr, Olsberger Kneippweg mit Tretbecken.

Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen mit 110 m² und 3 Schlafzimmern sowie 2 Bädern in der 3. Etage mitten im Zentrum, dennoch ruhig. Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit dem nötigen Equipment für einen entspannten Urlaub ausgestattet. W-Lan und PKW-Stellplatz sind vorhanden. Hallenbad und Sauna liegen direkt gegenüber in 100 m, der nächste Skilift und Bikepark in 1 km. Direkt vor der Unterkunft fährt regelmäßig ein Shuttle ins Skigebiet.

Das Schwimmbad ist inklusive, die Sauna wird über einen Münzzähler betrieben (2€). Wir sind Partnerbetrieb der Sauerland SommerCard!
