The entire ground floor 1 bedroom apartment and yard and designated for guests. I live upstairs. The yard is terraced but the lower terrace is for guests and I respect the privacy of those staying and wishing to relax outside. Located on the hill above the Miner's Lounge, the neighborhood is full of historic homes and a view of Main Street. It's often quiet with bursts of traffic below. Small-town life and all it has to offer. Walking distance to Main Street and access to the Murphy's Wine Shuttle means you can leave your car parked. Otherwise, Murphy's is a 15-minute drive.

Stay comfortably in our downstairs unit in our Spanish style home surrounded with cactus and succulents and shaded by a palm tree. We have a bit of a steep driveway but the elevation allows for privacy and views. The neighborhood is very walkable and it’s in quiet and peaceful spot.
