A very big house yet you'll still feel the "homey" vibes. Beautiful view in the morning while sipping your coffee or hot chocolate drink. We have a billiard table, basketball (halfcourt) and car garage good for 4 cars. We also have a grotto at the top where you could hang and use the swing to get some fresh air. Lots of working area if you have your laptop. Globe/Smart users can enjoy fast internet in the veranda while enjoying the nice view. Can easily accommodate 16pax.

The place is an apartment beachfront property with a fully-furnished units (for transient only). The place is owned by very loving couple (Tito Jo and Tita Linda). This is a spacious house, fully-furbished with a ready equipped kitchen for cooking, heated showers and a calming design perfect for family and large group of friends up to 10 people. Located only 5 - 7 minutes away drive from the San Juan beach and other night life attractions in the area. And I would like to inform you that there is no Wi-Fi available in the unit. However, mobile data for both Smart and Globe works well in the area. Thank you!
