Visit a fun(ky) stay in my uniquely decorated two-bedroom townhouse nestled in a cul-de-sac near Berwood Park. Enjoy the tranquility of nature with easily accessible hiking trails just steps from your door. Bikes are available free of charge. My townhouse is ideally located for exploring the Twin Cities and beyond, with St. Paul just 15 minutes away, Minneapolis and the MSP airport 20 minutes away, White Bear Lake is only 7 minutes away, and Stillwater + Hudson are just a short 25-minute drive.

Whether it's spending the day on the lake boating, swimming, or fishing in the Summer, enjoying the beautiful colors of Fall, exploring on the many miles of snowmobile trails or ice fishing in the Winter, or simply watching the migration of a variety of birds in the Spring, the Laid-back Loon is your go-to destination for family fun. The Twin Cities is only 30 minutes away - where you can include world class dining, sports, and entertainment during your stay.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything twin cities from this centrally located home. Within a short walk there are miles of wooded bike trials. On the corner is one of the Midwests largest entertainment venues, the Mermaid Entertainment & Events Center. Say hello to Executive Chef Jordan Reed. The kitchen is prepared for cooking. This is a split-level home and this listing is for the lower floor with a private entrance. Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest park with tennis court. The neighborhood is full of families and very quiet and safe. If you are looking to throw a party, please don't book my home.
