Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. “The Hideaway” is located in the peaceful village of Houghton, just moments from where the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. Located in High Salvington in a quiet residential close , this annexe is part of the owners chalet bungalow . On the outskirts of Worthing ,only 2.7 miles from the beach. Beautiful downland walks close by , a historic windmill , village shop and Micro bar at the top of the hill .

A light stylish apartment in a listed building with an outdoor terrace and views over the town. It is situated on the main High Street directly across the road from Arundel Castle. The location is central a step away from restaurants cafes, bars, bistros, lido and beautiful walks. The accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. THERE ARE JUST OVER 2 OUTSIDE STAIRCASES SO THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL- SPORRY.
