The property is ideal for couples or for families with younger children (max 2 adults & 2 children up to age 13) Situated within the 1.5 acre garden of the main property, we are confident you will feel close to nature whilst enjoying the privacy of the private courtyard garden space.

The living/kitchen areas are bright and airy with huge high beamed ceilings and the bedroom with kingsize bed has French doors opening onto your private courtyard, so you can unwind on a warm evening or enjoy a lazy breakfast in summer.

Stunning self-contained garden studio just 10 minutes walk from the University of Nottingham West entrance, free parking available. The QMC, Beeston Train Station, and access to the M1 are just around the corner. The Studio is fully equipped and includes a kitchen, washing machine, mini-fridge/freezer, and an ensuite bathroom. A stand-alone, single level contemporary property in a garden setting built in 2016. Located in a peaceful rural area, 6 miles north of Derby or 12 miles to the west of Nottingham, the property is ideal for two people however it can accommodate up to four sleeping. It benefits from a large off road parking area for multiple vehicles if you and your party are travelling separately. Large enough to accommodate a motor home or caravan should this option be required.
