This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

Our small 350 sq ft STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a wine/deli/market on site. We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.
