Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

A wonderful spot from which to explore the rugged Northumbrian coastline, idyllic countryside and magnificent, enchanted castles. Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

The Hogglet - a perfect coastal getaway

A beautiful, modern and tastefully converted stone barn retaining much of its original character and charm. The Stable is one of 3 holiday cottages converted from the former farm buildings of Bog Mill Farm. Each cottage is completely self contained with their own individual gardens, entrances and parking spaces. Bog Mill is no longer a working farm. Recently refurbished (November 2024) Marine Cottage is a stone built mid terraced property located in the heart of Amble with only a few minutes walk to the harbour and beach.. The small beach with rocky outcrops has views towards the RSPB reserve Coquet Island, where puffins and grey seals are regularly seen is only a gentle stroll from Marine Cottage.
