It is conveniently located 4 blocks from popular Haywood Road and all the West Asheville shops, restaurants, and bars it has to offer. Looking to get outside? End of road, bedroom/bath behind home, exterior entrance, tile shower, 15 min to Asheville, 8 min Weaverville, 18 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min to Ledges River Park on the French Broad River. The bedroom is 11x14, plus bath, amenity storage & deck.
