La casa si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere il golfo di La Spezia con le sue perle Lerici e Portovenere e le vicine Cinque Terre. Si sviluppa su un unico livello con un grande spazio esterno dedicato ai nostri ospiti attrezzato con forno e barbecue per piacevoli pranzi e cene all'aperto. Il suo interno è composto da un'ampia sala con camino, divano letto e ampia vetrata, una camera matrimoniale, un ampio bagno con doccia , ripostiglio e una piccola ma attrezzatissima cucina.

PrettyJewel attic is located on the third floor of a small building inside a private hamlet. It is located in front of the Bologna Borgo Panigale station. It is therefore connected to Bologna Centrale in just 6'! The beams characterize the attic which is illuminated and ventilated on three sides. 60 sm of pure comfort where you will find everything you need! To welcome you there will always be a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, jam, biscuits, yogurt and soy milk, fruit and a Nespresso machine.

House in Farm

Ca' Stanga is situated in the countryside of Bologna, at the foot of the hill, near Emilia street and the motorway exit of Valsamoggia (2km). The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.

La Vagheggiata: per immergersi nella Natura

Una piccola casa in campagna immersa nel verde di un bosco. Intima, accogliente attorniata da un grande giardino con angoli davvero speciali. Per chi desidera staccare dalla quotidianità e vivere immerso nel verde con tutte le comodità di una casa moderna. Possibilità di escursioni alle meraviglie naturali della zona (Parco dell'Orecchiella, lago di Gramolazzo, etc). È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti dalla Stazione e per chi arriva in macchina e ha necessità di parcheggiare è a non più di 100 metri dal parcheggio sotterraneo di via Kennedy.
